This simple Italian salad is a low-carb lunch option that’s easy to prepare; simple in steps, not favor. We love this simple keto-friendly recipe because it’s delicious, filling, and nutrient-rich! It makes the perfect side dish, appetizer, or add your favorite protein to the mix, and it can even be served as a main meal when you’re counting calories or following Keto Macros.
We called this our simple Italian salad because it’s what we imagine when we think of going to an Italian restaurant for a glorious bowl of all-you-can-eat salad. Roughly chopped romaine and radicchio accompanied by black olives, red onions, Roma tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and golden pepperoncini.
