I don’t really know if this should be categorized under Side Dishes or Main Dishes.

My default serving size is roughly 4 ounces because I just love a good bowl full; whether by itself or use it as a luscious bed for some protein.

Instructions
  1. Add Butter & Garlic Clove to your pan at medium heat.
  2. Once the Butter is slightly simmering, add the Mushrooms & Onions next.
  3. It will take approximately 15 minutes for Mushrooms & Onions to cook through. Next set the heat to medium-high while adding in the Jalapeño, Chicken Stock & Cauliflower Rice; along with the Salt & Pepper.
  4. Once this medley begins to boil, add in the Heavy Cream & Parsley. Then lower the heat back down the medium.
  5. Let all those ingredients work together for a little bit longer & then it's ready to serve.
