Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 oz Salted Butter
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper, Ground
  • 1 oz Garlic Clove, Pressed
  • 10 oz Broccolini, Rinsed
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ¼ tsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add Butter, pressed Garlic Clove, & Black Pepper to your pan at medium heat.
  • Once the Garlic Clove is cooked all the way through, remove them for just a moment & place the Broccolini in the pan.
  • Now put the Peppered Garlic back into the pan, on top of the Broccolini.
  • Pour in the Water, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, & Salt.
  • Close the lid & allow the Broccolinis to become al dente.
