- Add Butter, pressed Garlic Clove, & Black Pepper to your pan at medium heat.
- Once the Garlic Clove is cooked all the way through, remove them for just a moment & place the Broccolini in the pan.
- Now put the Peppered Garlic back into the pan, on top of the Broccolini.
- Pour in the Water, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, & Salt.
- Close the lid & allow the Broccolinis to become al dente.
